Terms and Conditions – IN-CANADA.COM SOLUTIONS
Pay for Support
(a) Services: IN-CANADA.COM SOLUTIONS will attempt to diagnose and resolve issues via telephone, remote connection, or onsite visit for an applicable fee. However, resolution may not be possible in cases where issues stem from factors beyond our control, such as hardware or configuration problems.
(b) User Responsibility: Prior to any diagnostic or repair service, you are responsible for backing up all data, software, and files stored on your devices. IN-CANADA.COM SOLUTIONS is not liable for any data loss or corruption under any circumstances.
Business IT Service
Standard service hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Additional charges may apply for expedited service or support provided outside of these hours.
Installation Authorization
For onsite services, an individual aged 18 or older must be present prior to the commencement of work. If no adult is present upon technician arrival, services will be denied.
Responsibility
You are responsible for backing up all software and data on your devices before service. IN-CANADA.COM SOLUTIONS and its third-party providers are not liable for any data loss, alteration, or corruption.
Access
Technicians must have access to your premises and equipment, your consent to enter, a safe working environment, and electrical power. If these conditions are not met, services will be denied.
Service Limitations
IN-CANADA.COM SOLUTIONS and its service providers reserve the right to decline services and refund payments if system requirements are not met or if technical or customer conditions exceed the scope of the agreement.
Force Majeure
IN-CANADA.COM SOLUTIONS may suspend or cancel services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or other unforeseen events.
Limitation of Remedy
IN-CANADA.COM SOLUTIONS and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or hardware issues resulting from services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
Limitation of Liability & Release
By agreeing to these terms, you release IN-CANADA.COM SOLUTIONS and its providers from liability for any damages, including data loss or physical alterations to your property. This release may not apply in jurisdictions that do not allow such limitations.
Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
To cancel an appointment, contact IN-CANADA.COM SOLUTIONS at 604-449-9925 at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. Full refunds will be issued via the original payment method. If you are unsatisfied with the service, contact us within 30 days for resolution at no additional cost.
Terms and Conditions – Remote Services
These terms apply to remote services provided via telephone or Internet.
(a) General Services: IN-CANADA.COM SOLUTIONS will diagnose issues and provide service estimates. Some issues may be beyond our control and not resolvable remotely.
(b) Remote Support Services: Available for PCs built within the last four years with high-speed Internet and Microsoft Windows. Remote access tools may be installed to facilitate service. You agree to allow necessary tools for repair.
(c) Your Responsibility: You must back up all data before service. IN-CANADA.COM SOLUTIONS is not liable for data loss or corruption.
Service Limitations; Liability
(a) Limitations to Service: IN-CANADA.COM SOLUTIONS may decline services and refund payments if needs exceed the scope of the agreement.
(b) Force Majeure: Services may be suspended due to circumstances beyond our control.
(c) Limitation of Liability: Liability is limited to the amount paid for services. IN-CANADA.COM SOLUTIONS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
